He is survived by: his daughter Patty Ann Livingston (Darrell); his sister Sarah Helms (Chuck); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Elliott (Linda), Kelly Wacker (Glenn), Gail Stewart (Steve), Ronald Elliott (Amy), Christine Elstner (John) and Joseph "Spanky" Elliott. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
