He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jeffery Rice. He is survived by: his parents, Courtney Crump and Alan Crump; his brother Nolen Crump; and his grandparents, Kathy Crump and Karyl Doyle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in Caleb's memory.
