She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph O'Toole; her son Dennis O'Toole; and her grandson Derrick O'Toole. She is survived by: her son Gary O'Toole (Karen); her grandchildren, Ryan O'Toole and Cailin Foreman (Drew); and her great grandchildren, Harper Grace, Emerson Rae and Henry Russell Foreman. She is also survived by her family and friends.
