She was predeceased by: her husband Danny Pearlstein; her father Louis; and her sister Gloria Katz. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Kaplan (Geoff) and Joanie Dunn; her grandchildren, Jessica (Dan), Erica (Joe), Alex (Katie), Danielle (Kevin) and Elise; her great grandchildren, Charlie and Scarlett; her nephew Ralph Katz (Martha); and her granddaughter Olive.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Surgicorps International, 3392 Saxonburg Boulevard, Glenshaw, PA 15116, an organization that was dear to her.
