She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Ley and Antionette S. Ley (Tuminello); and her aunts, Theresa Macstutis (Tessie) and Jean Tuminello Smith. She is survived by: her pet Sweetie Pie; her daughters, Jacklyn J. (Jonathan B.) and Paula A. (Adam C.); her grandchildren, Mark B. "Markie" Schinzel II (Channing S.), Cole E. "Colby" Schinzel, Corey J. "CJ" Mellinger and Hallie R. "Rosebud" Mellinger; her siblings, Carlene Czopek (Dennis), Jimmy Dusch (Jan) and Norbert C. "Cletey" Ley (Kimberly A.); and her nieces and nephews, Tracey Czopek, Jarrod Czopek (Katrina), Mandy Schill (Matt) and Katelyn A. Ley. She is also survived by 6 great-nieces and two great-nephews; one great-great- nephew.
