In loving memory of Barbara Ranker (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who departed this world on February 18, 2025 at the age of 78. Barbara leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Barbara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Kicielinski and Gertrude Kicielinski (Siwik); her husband Robert Ranker; her daughters, Pamela Kanai (Brian) and Marcia Ranker; and her granddaughter April Kanai.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schellhaas Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (388 Center Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15229). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish (1000 Avila Ct, Pittsburgh, PA 15237).
