She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Pungratz and Katherine Pungratz (Tumpa); her husband Frank "Cott" Cotter; and her siblings, Andrew Pungratz (late Honey) and Katherine "Toots" Golden (late Ralph).

She is survived by: her sons, Michael Cotter (Kendra) and Daniel Cotter (Kelly); her brothers, George Pungratz (Joyce) and Joseph Sestrich (Terry); her grandchildren, Amanda Gilmore (Ryan), Cassidy and Samantha Lancaster; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Gilmore Jr. and Levi Gilmore.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home (460 Lincoln Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15202). A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Church (444 Glenfield Rd, Sewickley, PA 15143).
