He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Tortoreti (Capannelli); his children, Donna Lowman (late Gary), Russell Tortoreti (Connie) and Anne Heil (Charles); and his grandchildren, Gary Lowman Jr. (Carrie), Michael Lowman (Andrea), Lori Lowman, Russell Tortoreti (Cheryl), Tricia Tortoreti, James Tortoreti (Jaecee), Nick Long (Valera), David Long, Joseph Long (Susanne) and Lizzy Crawford (Graydon). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
