He was predeceased by: his wife Liberty Zabetakis; and his child Marty Pyros. He is survived by: his children, Kyrk Pyros (Kathy), George Pyros (Karen) and Varvara Pyros; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sarah, Rachel, Marty and Arthena; and his great grandchild Theo Bradley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Dormont Funeral Home (2630 W Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church (123 Gilkeson Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15228).
