It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alzada K. Elmore (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 24, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Alzada may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Robert Sr.; and her children, Carl Elmore (Cheryl), David Elmore, Calvin Elmore, Raymond Elmore (Lori) and Eunice Randall (Roosevelt). She is also survived by 100 grandchildren, her nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stephen M. Brady Funeral Home Inc. (920 Cedar Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212). A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Highwood Cemetery (2800 Brighton Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15212).
