He was predeceased by: his parents, Costanza Mazzei and Beneditto Audia. He is survived by: his wife Terrill Faux Andy; his sons, Robert Andy (Amor) and Louis Andy; his grandchildren, Christina Andy Hoyt (Brian), Danielle Andy Belusko (Rod) and Nicholas Andy (Karli); his great grandchildren, Abram Kade Andy, Enzo Albert Notaro, Sophia Amor Belusko, Adelina Josephine Belusko, Santino Joseph Belusko, Anika Fox Andy and Carmina Germaine Belusko; and his sister Betty Cargnello. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choice under the name "Anonymous".
