He is survived by: his siblings, George "Butch" Kukuk (Jeanette), Faye Orser, Judy Conner and Donna Scully; his nieces, Veronica Zimmerman and Brandy Schreiber; his daughters, Natasha Kukuk and Fallon Kukuk; his grandchildren, Caleb, Hazel and Nicholas; and his friend Justin Manhart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
