He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman F. Spudy and Amy Jane Spudy (Lester); his former wife Mary Jo Spudy (Thompson); his wife Carrie Gertrude Spudy (Barrett); his daughter-in-law Sandra Jean Spudy (Scandinaro); and his siblings, Albert "Whitey" Spudy, Harry Spudy, Dorothy McCarthy, Ruth Shaffer, Mildred Badstibner and Betty Stokes.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Spudy (Kim) and Nancy Jo Clark (Jack); his grandchildren, Cassie (Spudy), Palmer (Ryan), Matthew Bryan Spudy (Kalyndee), Jessica Marie Spudy, Allison Nicole Clark, Hayley Jo Clark and Michael William Clark; and his great grandchildren, Harper Jean and Amelia Mae Palmer.
The family requests No Flowers Please. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family for a charity of their choice.
