He is survived by: his children, Jacob Nelson (Angie), Vernon Nelson (Tracy), Timothy Nelson and Amanda Steiner (Zachary); his brothers, David Nelson and Gregory Nelson; and his sisters-in-law, Linda and Mary Ellen Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
