He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hess; his children, Rik (Kathy), Carolyn Matheson, Jeff (Laurie) and Rod (Lisa); his sister Nancy; and his grandchildren, Alleiah (Jason), Connor, Audrey (Austin), Joe (Alexandra), Samantha (Curtis), Alexis, Colin and Madison.
