He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Spirk and Betty Jane Spirk (Ryan); and his brothers, David and Daniel Spirk. He is survived by: his sons, Jason B. Spirk and Mark D. Spirk; his sisters, Dolores Van Dyke (late Ronald) and Diane Santillo; and his former wife Oanh Wardrop. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
