He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris M. Johnston (Deitrich); his parents, Eve Steele and Ingleham; his son Wayne E. Johnston (Kathy); his granddaughters, Kristina and Cynthia Johnston; his son Paul Johnston; and his siblings, Joy Giannini and William Steele. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
