She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Shugars (Dearborn) and George A. Shugars; her husband Phaon R. Herb; her son Thomas Herb; her grandson Nathaniel; and her sister Beverly Jennings.
She is survived by: her son Richard R. Herb (Ann); her daughter-in-law Tracie Herb; her grandson Ethan (Gennifer); her great grandchildren, Carson and Brody; and her sister Georgine (Jack Sukeena). She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
