With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Violet J. Pillsbury of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 3, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Geraldine F. Bensinger Riegle; her husband Charles "Chuck" Ayers Pillsbury, Jr.; her grandmother Violet Brown Bensinger; her grandson Marco Burgur; and her stepgrandson Brandon Daubert.
She is survived by: her son William Koenig (Nicole Pardue) of Kempton; her caregiver Michelle Long Daubert (Lynn) of Pine Grove; her grandchildren, Joseph Long of Pine Grove, Nathan Long of Pine Grove and Sara Koenig (Holden Britt) of Mississippi; her sister Patsy Greene; and her nieces, Toni (Jarrod Ulsh) and Wendi Raber. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 139 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in her memory.
