He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Tobias (Klinger) and Earl Tobias; his stepfather Jim Hall; and his grandparents, Alverta and Harvey Klinger.
He is survived by: his son Scout; his wife Ann; his daughter Lacey of Chapel Hill, NC.; and his siblings, Donnie, Debbie Hall, Jimmy Tobias (Erin) of Pine Grove, PA., Patsy Martin (Jay) of Pine Grove, PA., Patrick Tobias (Tina) of Pine Grove, PA. and Bill Hall (Melissa) of Pine Grove, PA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be a private graveside ceremony, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity close to your heart in his memory.
