It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Lengel of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John; her husband Paul W. W. Lengel; her son Edward Lengel; and her siblings, Howard, Charles, George Hardenstine and Ruth Derfler.
She is survived by: her children, Connie M. Aungst, Paul (Carol Lengel), Howard (Shirley Lengel), Kenneth (Susan Lengel), Larry Lengel, Gerald (Carolyn Lengel) and Richard Lengel. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 26 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to either St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 312 S. Tulpehocken St. Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 or the Benevolent Fund for Stoneridge, c/o Schoolyard Square, 11 High St. Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in her memory.
