He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Noll and Patsy Wessner Noll; and his brother Timothy Noll. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Bucher of Elizabethville, Kristi Schwartz of Tower City and Todd Noll of The Villages, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
