She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Thomas and Melba Deibler Thomas; her husband Charles S Tice; and her siblings, Donette Gagliardi and William Thomas.
She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Cargo of Lebanon, Nancy (Richard Croneberger) of Schuylkill Haven and Eileen (Randy Helwig) of Schuylkill Haven; and her siblings-in-law, Marie Thomas (Merf) of Schuylkill Haven and Joseph Gagliardi of Friedensburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
