She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen E. Sr. Fegley and Grace M. Reber Fegley; her husband Thomas W. Spittler; her former husband Joseph F. Butcavage; her son Thomas Scott Spittler; her grandson Troy E. Spittler; and her brother Joseph Fegley.
She is survived by: her children, Kerry Spittler (Mary Jane), Kitty Sowers (Robert), Kenneth Spittler (Judith), Kim Spittler (Tina) and Kay Ann Zimmerman (Allen). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and their spouses; 14 great grandchildren; brother.
In lieu of flowers, and to honor Shirley's son and grandson, the family would prefer.
