She is survived by: her husband Dennis Koszyk; her daughters, Stacey (Michael McClusky) of Pottsville and Allison (Robert Demmy Jr.) of Schuylkill Haven; her grandchildren, Colton, Iris McClusky, Liam Allen, Laila and Amelia Demmy; her caregiver Jeanne Tennis; and her pet Zoey.
