He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Tice and Irene Spangler Tice; and his siblings, Eugene, Martin, Harry, Edward, John, Charles Tice, Hazel Heffner and Christine Zerbe.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Todd (Justine Tice) of Pine Grove, Timothy (Sherrie Tice) of Medina, TN, Lee Michael (Rhonda Tice) of Boonesboro, MD, Tracy (Glenn Meek) of Bellefonte and Jaime (Eric Reinhart) of Pottstown; his grandchildren, Martha Vogel, Meredith Tice, Coty Tice, Katie Tice, Travis Tice, Landon Sweitzer, Hailey Sweitzer, Eva Meek, Sophia Reinhart and Tyler Reinhart; his stepgrandson Chrispin Bray, Jr.; his great grandchild Tristen; and his siblings, Robert Tice, Cecilia Aungst, Mary Louise Kramer, Catherine Leisey and Theresa White. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
