Blain, Dean Blain, Tammy M. Houtz, Fredericksburg, Bonnie S. Cole, Pine Grove, Theresa Marchiano and Donaldson; and his siblings, Donald Lindsey, Harrisburg Blain, Douglas Blain, Pine Grove and Elizabeth Blanton of Pine Grove.
