He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Becker and Ruth Witmer Becker; and his wife Carol D. Tobin Becker. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy (Gary Toy) of Mechanicsburg; his stepgrandsons, Philip (Ann Toy) of Mechanicsburg and Eric Toy of Mechanicsburg; his siblings, Robert (Jean Becker) of Pine Grove and Loretta Rohrer of Lebanon; his close friend Ina Pijar of Pine Grove; and his pet Bella.
The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Peter's Lutheran Church Capital Improvements Fund, 312 S.
