He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Lengel. He is survived by: his parent Ada M. Rhein Lengel; his siblings, Larry Lengel, Irene Stump, Allentown Kavanaugh, Lucille Kavanaugh, Glen Mills and Quentin; and his wife Betty Lengel of West Grove.

The family would prefer, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 312 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, PA 17963, in his memory.
