It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Reba F. Strubhar of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 27, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mahlon Schneck and Carrie Rehrer Schneck; her husband John A. Strubhar, Sr.; and her siblings, Robert Schneck, Floyd Schneck and Ruth E. Matz.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa (Allen Weidman) of Alexandria, VA, Susan (Michael Skripko) of Pine Grove, John Jr. (Cheryl Strubhar) of Newtown and Todd Strubhar (PJ Gathers-Sulecki) of Newark, DE; her grandchildren, Amy (Brandon Schaeffer), Abby Skripko (Cory Rudisill), Erika (Ryan Rice), Stephen (Christine Weidman), Jenna (Michael Thomas) and Aaron Strubhar; and her great grandchildren, Braydon, Jaxen, Addalyn of Jordan, SJ, Lillian, Amelia and Henry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions may be made to the Mark Shollenberger Scholarship Fund, c/o Pine Grove School District, 103 School St., Pine Grove, PA 17963 in her memory.
