He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Dissinger and Pauline Leffler Dissinger; his wife Faye Krammes Dissinger; and his siblings, Kenneth, Allen Dissinger and Judith Dissinger of Pine Grove.
He is survived by: his children, Keith (Ann Dissinger) of Bonnyville, Lane (April Dissinger) of Pine Grove and Leigh Anne Miller of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Amanda Lucas of Pine Grove, Russell Dissinger, Sr. of Pine Grove and Toni Dissinger of Pine Grove; his great grandchildren, Heaven of Pine Grove, Kaylee of Pine Grove and Russell Jr. Dissinger of Pine Grove; his siblings-in-law, Donna and Tom Griffiths of Carlisle; his nieces, Lisa Witmer of Harrisburg and Danielle Reisman of Mechanicsburg; and his nephew Scott (Karla Witmer) of Hanover.
