We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Milo Charlie Unger Costa (Pine Grove, Pennsylvania). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Warren, Lorraine Boyer, Phoebe, Soloman Unger, Ralph, Helen Scheib and Joe Costa.
He is survived by: his parents, Adam Costa and Karen Unger of Pine Grove; his grandparents, Rick, Janet Costa, Hegins, Fred Unger and Dawn Zimmerman; and his great-grandparent Dorthea Haidle of Allentown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to Penn State Children's Hospital Child Life with checks payable to Penn State University, and mailed to PSMSHMC, University Development & Alumni Relations, 1249 Cocoa Ave., HS20, P.O. Box 852, Hershey, PA 17033, in Milo's memory.
