He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Koppenhaver. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Love Koppenhaver; his daughter Debra Koppenhaver of Pine Grove; and his siblings, Nancy Schadle of Tower City, Anna Mae Zurai of Jonestown and Dean Koppenhaver of Tower City.
