She is survived by: her children, Eileen Krause of Schuylkill Haven, Brian Smith of Schuylkill Haven, Barry Smith of Heckschersville and Theodore Smith (Valerie) of Schuylkill Haven; her grandchildren, Sara, Jeffrey, Theodore Jr., Jared and Mark; and her great grandchildren, Ava and Elizabeth.
