He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Sr. Carroll and Nancy Hoffer Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Kleeman Carroll; his daughters, Brandi Carroll of Annville and Alea Carroll of Annville; his grandchildren, Colby, Trevor and Leann; his great grandchild Anatasia; and his siblings, Nancy "Terry" Carroll, Richard Carroll, Jr. and Robert Bobby Carroll. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 139 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in his memory to help with expenses.
