He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Hoffman. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Brensinger (Wildermuth) of Yuma; his daughter Trinity Schuck of Pine Grove; his siblings, Gregory Brensinger of Schuylkill Haven, Raymond Brensinger of Pottsville and Louise Cinicola of Schuylkill Haven; and his close friends, Jessica Brobst of Pine Grove and Tina Schuck of Orwigsburg.
