He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin M. Madenford and Ruth Spancake Madenford. He is survived by: his son Lee Jr. (Tracy Madenford); his stepgrandchildren, Jaylyn, Kai and Torri; and his siblings, Richard (Ana Madenford) of Temple, Susan (David Brown) of Pine Grove and Deborah (Michael Mendinsky) of Pine Grove. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
