He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Hassler and Esther Rohrbach Hassler. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Angstadt Hassler; his son John Hassler (Tracey Spittler-Hassler) of Jim Thorpe; his grandchildren, Ilse (Ishkabibbl) and Ehren Hassler (Schnickelfritz); his sister Christine Lesher (Gene) of Hamburg; his niece Crystal Lesher; and his nephew Chris Lesher.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 189 Church Rd., Jim Thorpe, Pa. 18229 in his memory.
