He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Sr. Bolinsky and Pearl Bolinsky; his wife Donna; and his nephew John Kauffman, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Sallada (Jeffrey) of Pottsville and Joseph M. Bolinsky of Pottsville He; his grandchildren, Marlena, Phillip, Ruby and Spencer; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Balin, Maryonna and Onyx; his sister Joanne Kauffman; and his niece Christine Mistysyn.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Ruth Steinert SPCA, 18 Wertz Dr, Pine Grove, PA 17963.
