He is survived by: his wife Dolores Kaufman; his son Jordan (Kenna Kaufman) of Numida; his stepchildren, Bailey Forte (Kortney Fasold) of Catawissa, Nick Forte Jr. (Amy) of Freeland and Austin Forte of Kingston; his grandchildren, Nick Forte, III and Gannon Kaufman; and his siblings, William Kaufman of Branchdale, Richard Kaufman of Pine Grove, Perry Kaufman of Schuylkill Haven and Nancy Kemp of Knoxville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
