It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Howard Emerich of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Emerich and C. Pauline Reigel Emerich; and his sister Jane Emerich White. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Haldeman Emerich; his daughters, Sherry Sawyer of Orwigsburg and Sally Burke of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Hannah Kleckner, Corey, David, Patrick, Charles John Fehr, Brady and Kyler Burke; and his great grandchildren, Kylee Fehr, Ace, Maverick and Elias Burke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
