She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sr. Herring and Esther Loy Herring; her husband Edward Neidlinger, Sr.; her son Brian Neidlinger; and her siblings, Walter S. Herring, Jr., William C. Herring, Sr., Timothy Herring, Dawn Herring and Gladys Bachman.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Neidlinger, Jr. (Kimberly Nagle) and Wendy (Donald Dower, Sr.) of Pine Grove; her grandchildren, Amanda (Jarret Lucas), Samantha Dower, Willow Neidlinger, Paul (Joy Neidlinger), Russell Dissinger and Donald Jr. (Irene Dower); her great grandchildren, Emmalee, Heaven, Devin, Kaylee, Russell Jr., Rayna, Blaze, Gage and Michael Jr.; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
