He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Sr. Clemens and Ruth Hoke Clemens of Donaldson; and his brother Alfred Clemens. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Precise Clemens of Pine Grove; his children, Tim Clemens (Ana) of Arizona, Dan Clemens of Tower City and Cindy Zimmerman (Craig) of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Ashlee Sharrett (Landon) of Virginia, Bianca Wilson (Aaron) of Washington, Cady Carpenter (Nate) of North Carolina, Dakota Clemens of Arizona, Alyssa Adams (Ryan) of Jonestown, Matthew Zimmerman of Pine Grove and Cassie Clemens of Lebanon; his great grandchildren, Sterling, Parker, McKensie, Jaycee, Allie, Jaxson, Stassi, Griffin, Grayson, Kellen, Elowyn, Caden and Adaline; and his brother Clayton Clemens Jr. of Donaldson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
