It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Zimmerman of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Zimmerman and Helen Rarick Zimmerman; his wife Jean Snyder Zimmerman; his daughter Jeanne McGovern; his grandson Edward McGovern; and his siblings, Richard Zimmerman, Sr., Janet Mitsky and Betty Barr.
He is survived by: his daughter Wanda Frew (Bill McGovern) of Tremont; his grandsons, Michael Frew of Pine Grove and Jamie Frew of Tremont; his great grandchild Joshua Frew; his son-in-law Charles McGovern of Newtown; and his sister-in-law Beverly Zimmerman of Pine Grove. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, 18 Wertz Dr., Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in his memory.
