In the sacred silence of farewell, Gerald is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Koch and Erma Krammes Koch; and his sister Vera Clauser. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Koch; his daughter Tamela "Tammy" (Larry Manhart) of Idaho; his grandchildren, Keisha of Idaho and Kwentin of Idaho; and his siblings, Betty Rumpf of Pine Grove and Donald (Kay Koch) of Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
