We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Franklin Z. Bretz of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, born in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin German and Naomi Zerbe Bretz (Ernest Bretz); his son Joseph Bretz; and his sisters, Lorna Mae Bretz and Ona Renee Shartle.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Gerberich Bretz; his children, Franklin (Joelle Bretz) of Pine Grove and Carrie (Tom Rimby) of Bernville; his grandchildren, Emily, Sarah, Zee Bretz (Rachel) and Dylan Rimby; his siblings, Melvin (Cathy Bretz) of Hegins, Zora (Wendell Fabian) of Wexford and Cora (John Shenk) of Pine Grove; and his pet Vicky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, 18 Wertz Dr. Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in his memory.
