He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Loy and Alma Moyer Loy; his former wife Kay Clements Loy; his wife Anita Fox Loy; and his siblings, Edna Nagle Krammes, Helen Readinger, Ivan Loy and Robert Loy.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon (Kurt Wessner) of Pine Grove, Keith Sr. (Lori Loy) of Pine Grove, Kathy Loy (Donna Snyder) of St. Clair, Cindy Sandler of Pine Grove, Nina (Harry Kantner, Sr.) of Rehrersburg, Patricia (Curt Troup) of Lavelle, April (James Fisher) of Pine Grove and James (Pamela Kintzel) of Pine Grove; his son-in-law Mark Sandler of Schuylkill Haven; his grandchildren, Linda Pikulin, Leanne Kemmerling, Amanda Dastgheib, Keith Loy, Jr., Michael Sandler, Kirsten Sandler, Lyle Scheer, Jennifer Farley, Faith Zerbe, Jessica Rank, Beth Yost, Paul Neidlinger, Tucker Fisher, Jesse Fisher, Dillon Kintzel and Dalton Kintzel; his sister Irma Fessler of Pine Grove; and his sisters-in-law, Anna Faye Loy of Pine Grove and Marie Loy of Pine Grove. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
