He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tobin and Evelyn Tobin; and his siblings, Anna Pontoriero, June DesRoches, Grace Camilo, Irma McCurdy, Mae Lorraine Young, Florence McCkosky, Allen "Les" Tobin and James "Pete" Tobin.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Unger Tobin; his children, Crystal (Terry Stump) and Brian Tobin (Diane) of Pine Grove; his sisters, Dorothy Herb, Carol Schwalm and Evelyn Eisenacher; and his grandchildren, Bradley Tobin, Mickayla Stump, Molly and Eva Tobin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
