It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clark L Milligan Jr. of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, born in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark L. Sr. Milligan and Norma Lytle Milligan. He is survived by: his children, David Milligan of York, Bobby Milligan of Pine Grove and Brenda Milligan of Pine Grove; his grandsons, Cole Wertz, Bradley (Ashley Brown), Nathaniel Brown, Brody and Bryce Milligan; and his great grandchildren, Emily Wertz and Bo Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Pine Grove Ambulance Association P. O. Box 125, Pine Grove, PA 17963 in his memory.
