He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Walmer and Mildred I. Miller Walmer; and his brother Rodney. He is survived by: his wife Julianne; his children, Bruce Jr. (Laura), Cassandra (Mike) and Rachel; his grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Nathaniel, Rose, Lily, Ali, Lexi and Lena; and his sister Lana.
